How to be a Successful Solo-Ager

Are you a “solo-ager?” You’re 50+. You don’t have either a spouse or children, or your family is geographically remote. Being a solo-ager requires an extra layer of planning because older adults traditionally relied upon their adult children. To help you be successful as a solo-ager, Betty Burr has created a presentation featuring discussion, tips & techniques, passions and preparations for navigating this period of life. Betty is a solo-ager with an MA in Gerontology from San Francisco State and is a Certified Retirement Coach. Even if you are not "solo," come for the discussion of areas that conscious elders need to plan.
