Fabian-Gutierrez focuses her work on the rights of pregnant workers, new parents and caregivers. She often serves communities hit hardest by the Covid-19 pandemic including low wage workers and mono-lingual Spanish speakers. Her work includes legal intakes, community trainings and legislative advocacy to expand family-friendly workplace policies.
