warriorsstorytimeThe Warriors storytime is part of Summer Stride 2018, our summer extravaganza with more than 900 fun, informative and timely programs supporting science, technology, education, math and reading for all ages at every branch, every week of the summer May 19 – Aug. 19.

Tracking summer reading is encouraged, with finishers earning a coveted prize designed by artist and musician Shawn Harris, illustrator of Chronicle Books’s Her Right Foot, written by Dave Eggers. The book is inspiration for Summer Stride’s 2018 theme of “Life. Liberty. Libraries.”, and the bold and bright campaign artwork reflects libraries as an essential resource and gathering space for children, teens and adults to share and learn. All are welcome at the San Francisco Public Library.

The library also offers summer weekly raffles. Prizes include free passes to local museums, SF Giants and Golden State Warriors tickets, local restaurant gift certificates and more. Patrons can enter the weekly raffles at any branch library.
