DESCRIPTION:<p>Drop in to play a game of chess with a casual community that meets the 1<sup>st</sup>, 3<sup>rd</sup> and 5<sup>th</sup>&nbsp;Thursdays of the month at Glen Park Branch Library and the 2<sup>nd</sup> and 4<sup>th</sup>&nbsp;Thursdays at <a href="https://sfrecpark.org/Facilities/Facility/Details/Glen-Park-Rec-Center-89">Glen Canyon Park Recreation Center</a>. Play chess at either or both locations, depending on what works for you.</p>

<p>Beginner to experienced players of all ages including kids (6 years plus), teens and adults are welcome to drop in to improve your memory and concentration or practice logical thinking skills. We will provide chess boards and pieces but not formal instruction.</p>
