Reservations required: (415) 355-2898 (starting on December 15)</p><p>Decoden is a Japanese term for a trend of decorating that involves using small charms and silicone glue to create a 3D effect. Children 8-13 should complete the craft under their guardian's supervision. The library will provide all craft materials, but if you would like to decorate an item from home, please let the librarian know when making your reservation.&nbsp;</p>
