This gentle chair yoga class is designed for Blind and Low Vision participants. We will move mindfully and slowly to soothe the nervous system, stretch the body, and build strength and stability.

Instructor Bio: Nancy Yates is a Senior Adaptive Yoga Teacher. She is deeply passionate about yoga and has been practicing for 46 years. Nancy introduced Adaptive Yoga to the SF LightHouse, TBBC, and SFVAMC. She is a faculty member of CPMC/SutterHealth Women's Health Resource.
