DESCRIPTION:<p>Learn how to use a vintage typewriter and create a freshly typed work to take home. Machines, paper and correction ribbon will be supplied. No registration required; everyone can type on a first come, first served basis.</p><p>About the presenter: Edward Pollard holds a BA in English with honors from California State University Los Angeles. He worked in editorial in magazine publishing for 12 years and has&nbsp;taught English as a Second Language (ESL) classes in Budapest, Hungary for 2 years.&nbsp;He is also&nbsp;fluent in German and&nbsp;currently typing a novel on a 1912 Corona No. 3 folding typewriter.</p>
