This two-session workshop will discuss why that's worth doing, how you may benefit, and how to begin. The second session is on Monday, June 2 from 4-5pm.</p><p>Led by Rasa Gustaitis, a longtime journalist whose most recent book is <a href="https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/61166054-flight">Flight: a Memoir of Loss and Discovery by an Aviator's Daughter</a>.&nbsp;</p><p>This workshop is limited to 15 participants.
