DESCRIPTION:<p>Megan Heuer, certified sound healer, will lead participants in a sound bath session filled with the gentle yet resonant sounds of crystal singing bowls and the soothing sounds of nature. Participants can lie down or sit to allow the tranquil vibrations to wash over them, aiding in the release of tension and prompting of deep relaxation.
