DESCRIPTION:<p>Learn practical, affordable strategies for creating an inclusive, disability-friendly small business environment.</p><p>Creating an inclusive business doesn’t have to be expensive or overwhelming. With 28% of Americans living with some form of disability*, accessibility is both a community value and a smart business decision.</p><p>This program features a panel of people with disabilities sharing real-world perspectives on how businesses can better welcome and serve a wide range of customers. Panelists speak to experiences related to mobility, Deaf and hard-of-hearing access, blindness and low vision and neurodiversity, offering insight into how small, thoughtful changes can influence where people choose to shop and dine.</p><p>Hosted by the Office of Disability and Accessibility and the Office of Small Business, in partnership with the San Francisco Public Library.&nbsp;</p><p><i>*Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (2025)</i>&nbsp;</p>
