<p>Chef Martin Yan has WOWed audiences from Shanghai to San Francisco for over 40 years on American Public Television,&nbsp;promoting Chinese and Asian cuisine.&nbsp;Making it easy for home cooks has been his life-long mission.</p>

<p>Since 1978, Chef Yan has hosted the&nbsp;<em>Yan Can Cook</em>&nbsp;show on PBS&mdash;one of the longest-running cooking and traveling programs on television today&mdash;has written&nbsp;30 cookbooks and is founder and chef of M.Y. China in San Francisco.&nbsp;</p>
