Joaquin Legaspi was a poet, artist, community worker, organizer and an important figure connected with the Manilatown <a href="https://search.freedomarchives.org/search.php?view_collection=219&amp;no_digital=1&amp;keyword[]=Joaquin+Legaspi">I-Hotel</a> community from the 1920s to the 1970s.&nbsp;</p>
