<p>Gina Baleria, Ed.D., is an assistant professor of digital media, media writing, podcasting and journalism at Sonoma State University. Prior to teaching, Dr. Baleria was an award-winning broadcast and digital journalist. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, reading and spending time with friends and family. She and her husband live in San Francisco<em>.</em></p>
