<p>Dulais Rhys is a professional musician with over 30 years of experience in a variety of practical, educational and academic disciplines. &nbsp;He earned music degrees from the University of Wales: B.Mus, M.Mus and Ph.D, as well as teaching diplomas from the University of Wales and Trinity College of Music, London. &nbsp;In addition, he studied at the Peabody Conservatory of Music in Baltimore, Maryland, specializing in composition, conducting and electronic music.&nbsp;</p>
