<p>Topics covered include choosing a bike and proper bicycle fit, rules of the road, biking in city traffic and avoiding collisions.</p>

<p>This comprehensive course follows the curriculum of the League of American Bicyclists and is the first in a series of classes. It will prepare you for&nbsp;Smart City Cycling 2&nbsp;and&nbsp;3&nbsp;on-bike workshops.</p>
