DESCRIPTION:<p>Make fermented foods with June Jo Lee, Food Ethnographer and award-winning children's book author. Lee will offer a&nbsp;kimchi&nbsp;demo, read-aloud and krautchi-making activity from her new book,&nbsp;<a href="https://sfpl.bibliocommons.com/v2/record/S93C5627863">Sandor Katz and The Tiny Wild</a>, a Kirkus Review "Best Picture Book Biographies 2022." June Jo and co-author Jacqueline Briggs Martin also co-wrote&nbsp;<a href="https://sfpl.bibliocommons.com/v2/record/S93C3387213">Chef Roy Choi and The Street Food Remix</a>, a 2018 Seibert Honor Book.&nbsp;For children ages 4 and older.&nbsp;Children under age 8 must be accompanied by an adult who will assist them in participating in the program.
