DESCRIPTION:<p>Learn to make fresh salad rolls inspired by Vietnamese gỏi cuốn filled with vegetables and rice noodles, wrapped in edible rice paper, and enjoyed with a dipping sauce. The workshop is taught by The Breakfast Project using their Edible Social&nbsp;Studies: Everybody Cooks Rice curriculum. Ages 6&ndash;11. Youth must be accompanied by an adult. Space limited.
