DESCRIPTION:<p>Identify and access digitized Black newspapers through San Francisco Public Library&rsquo;s electronic resources in this hands-on workshop. Learn how to look up historic and current newspapers in <a href="https://www.ezproxy.sfpl.org/login?url=http://search.ebscohost.com/login.aspx?direct=true&db=edspub&profile=eds&plp=1">Periodical Finder</a> and how to perform a variety of tasks in <a href="https://search-proquest-com.ezproxy.sfpl.org/ethnicnewswatch?accountid=35117">Ethnic NewsWatch (ProQuest)</a>, a major database offering news articles in this area. Discuss your ideas for the application of these materials for research, personal learning, or whatever reason drives your interest in Black newspapers.&nbsp;</p>
