DESCRIPTION:<p>Decorate a hair clip&nbsp;with whimsical 3D charms in the Japanese style of &ldquo;decoden&rdquo;. Originally a craft for phone covers, decoden is a combination of the words "deco", short for "decoration", and "denwa", which is Japanese for &ldquo;phone&rdquo;. Decoden is now found on many items using a playful collage of figurines and buttercream icing-like glue.&nbsp;</p>
