The Sequoia Living Senior Centers is a non-profit organization providing a variety of programs and services in San Francisco for older adults (60+) and adults with disabilities (18+). The centers provide opportunities for socialization, creative activities, fitness classes and educational programs. Key services include the Aging & Disability Resource Center (ADRC), which offers information, referral assistance and help with applications for benefits.
