SUMMARY:Workshop: Diabetes Empowerment Education Series for Older Adults (Online)
DESCRIPTION:<p>Staff from OnLok Senior Center will teach participants (aged 60+) diabetes prevention and management in a 6-session workshop offered online. Topics include: action planning, exercise, nutrition, monitoring blood sugar, risk factors, and preventing complications.</p><p>There will be an information session on&nbsp;Tuesday, October 8th, followed by weekly workshops through November 19th.
