In this one-hour workshop, we explore what it means to employ a caregiver or other domestic worker and how to build a mutually respectful working relationship with them. We’ll also cover a recent update to San Francisco’s paid sick leave requirements for domestic workers and gather the audience’s feedback on the city’s plan to facilitate domestic worker paid sick leave access.
