DESCRIPTION:<p>Megan Heuer,&nbsp;certified sound healer, will provide a serene space filled with gentle, resonant sounds of&nbsp;crystal singing bowls and soothing nature sounds, creating a harmonious atmosphere. Participants lie down or sit comfortably, enveloped in the tranquil vibrations that wash over them, releasing tension and promoting deep relaxation. Each tone and rhythm blends into a therapeutic symphony, guiding the group into a state of peaceful rejuvenation and inner calm. Please bring a mat if you plan to lie down.</p><p>For ages 16–108. Space limited and spaces available first come, first served.
