The thought of negotiating anything often evokes dread in real estate buyers, sellers and investors. Select negotiation strategies and tactics boost negotiating confidence to counteract this. Experienced real estate broker and investor Gabrielle Dahms shows you how to stand apart in real estate and business negotiations. 

 

Gabrielle Dahms is a San Francisco real estate broker and investor with 18+ years of experience. So far, she has published three books about real estate investing and is working on the fourth book in the series. She lives in San Francisco with her cat and loves to travel off the beaten path and connect with people, their cultures and languages.
