Steps for Requesting to use the Koret Auditorium

1. Check the room calendar for availability. It is only available during the library's open hours.
2. Read the Rules for Use of Library Meeting Rooms  
   Rules for Community Use | Rules for Municipal (City Agency) Use
3. Submit an online room request. Please allow up to 7 days for a request to be processed.
4. Meeting rooms must be vacated 30 minutes prior to closing.
