Small Business Spotlight
Friday, 1/14/2022
1:00 - 2:00

Andrea Stern founder of Satori Yoga Studio discusses her small business journey and leads us in a short accessible yoga session with an emphasis on mindfulness, stress reduction and relaxation.

Satori Yoga Studio is one of the very few Black + woman / mama-owned yoga studios in San Francisco. Their mission over the last 15 years has not changed: they hold space for all practitioners regardless of age, race, gender, physical ability, financial means or orientation of any type. Their belief is the benefits that can be gained through the conscientious practice of yoga and other systems that provide balance, strength and confidence are life-changing.

Satori Yoga is also proud to offer ongoing Anti-Racism events and a new book club for the community during these times of awakening and change. Whether you are in San Francisco, or anywhere in the globe they look forward to being in community together.
