A partnership with Career Girls
Wednesday, 5/11/2022
10:00 - 10:45

A conversation with Ka Zoua Xiong and Lia Yang, inspiring Asian-American entrepreneurs discussing mindfulness and self-care practices. Panel moderated by Linda Calhoun, founder of Career Girls. For ages 8–18.

Ka Zoua Xiong is an ambitious entrepreneur who seeks to inspire, heal and move her clients in the direction of their peace. As a Yoga Coach, Xiong’s goal is to teach yoga, meditation and mindfulness practices in an intuitive and playful way, leaving participants curious to learn more about their body. With over 350 hours of learning that includes yoga movements, breath work, meditation and yogic philosophy, Xiong seeks to integrate this ancient wisdom to help modern-day professionals slow down to live more.

Lia Yang believes all women should have some Glassy Shine Confidence in their lives. Yang is a Dip Nails Expert and CEO of the Lia Living Life Collection of DIP products. She is also the founder of the Glassy Shine Fast Track program where she coaches professional women how to do their own Dip nails from home with salon quality results. She also teaches a monthly Nail Art Masterclass to give her clients options on nail art. She’s been in the nail industry for over 10 years doing a variety of nail services. However, her love for Dip nails products and their ease of use drove her to create her own line with a unique system that includes UV gel as the finishing step to give nails that lasting glassy shine. Aside from nails, Yang is into skin and hair care. She loves to travel and explore new places. She enjoys Netflix bingeing. Yang is also a supportive mom to 4 children and a loving wife to her husband. Her motto is to live life to the fullest.
