Downloading eBooks

If you are using a Mac OS computer, you can use the following apps to access library ebooks:

• Boundless Website
• OverDrive Website
• LibbyApp.com
• Adobe Digital Editions (for EPUB-formatted eBooks found in the Axis 360, OverDrive, EBSCO, and enki eBook collections)
• UDN Chinese eBooks

Troubleshooting

If you are having trouble signing into the above services, please review the following troubleshooting check list:

• Downloaded compatible ebook format for ebook app
• Latest version of Mac OS software
• Last version of web browser
• Latest version of app software (for Adobe Digital Editions)
• 14-digit library card number is active and entered without spaces
• Library card PIN/password is correct
• Internet connection is stable and turned on
• Device has enough storage space to download content (particularly e-audiobook files, which can be large)
