Chef Martin Yan has WOWed his audiences from Shanghai to San Francisco for over 40 years on America Public Televisions promoting Chinese and Asian cuisine, making it easy for home cooks has been his life-long mission.

Since 1978, Chef Yan, founder and chef of M.Y. China in San Francisco and author of 30 cookbooks. He has hosted the Yan Can Cook show on PBS. It is one of the longest-running cooking and traveling programs on the television today.
