DESCRIPTION:<p>This is a group for adults to hand write your thoughts and reflections in a notebook. Since the isolation of the pandemic, much has been written about the benefits of journaling, for both mental and physical well being.&nbsp;</p><p>Meetings will include friendly introductions, a discussion of themes and approaches, followed by 20 minutes of uninterrupted writing with opportunities to share.</p><p>Feel free to bring your own notebook, but we will have extra.&nbsp;</p><p>Hot tea served.&nbsp;</p><p>Bring: whatever you've been thinking about lately.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
