DESCRIPTION:<p>A discussion and reflection around the harmful historical practices and current conditions which have influenced the financial service landscape in many of our communities. We will also discuss local options and resources which can help us navigate through this space.</p><p><strong>Presenter Bio:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Erick Tenorio is the Bay Area Regional Manager with Self Help Federal Credit Union and Executive Director of RAICES, a financial capability organization based out of San Francisco.</p><p>Erick brings more than 25 years in the financial services industry and in the financial capability field, working closely with youth serving and community-based organizations throughout the Bay Area. Erick's workshops center on bringing awareness and resources to address the financial inequities impacting the economic wellness and mobility for many in our communities.</p><p>Erick is a San Francisco native and a student at San Francisco State University pursuing a degree in Sociology.</p>
