The San Francisco label founded by Howie Klein and Chris Knab influenced other labels to follow, and it released era-defining singles, EPs and albums. This is a&nbsp;panel discussion led by author <a href="http://blog.musoscribe.com/">Bill Kopp</a> and featuring key figures in the 415 Records story.</p>
