DESCRIPTION:<p>Learn about St. Anthony Foundation&rsquo;s Transitional Employment (TE) program. The program provides job training, job placement and support services to eligible participants who will learn job readiness skills and prepare for a temporary job at St. Anthony&rsquo;s and support to land a full-time job down the road.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Features of the transitional employment program include:&nbsp;</p>

	<li>Pre-employment training including job interviewing practice sessions</li>
	<li>Opportunity to apply for a temporary position at St. Anthony&rsquo;s</li>
	<li>Guaranteed interview for all program participants</li>
	<li>Once hired, earn a living wage with healthcare and vacation benefits</li>
	<li>Ongoing training opportunities to learn and grow</li>
	<li>Preparation for&nbsp;full-time, long-term employment</li>
</ul>
