DESCRIPTION:<p>Learn basic storytelling techniques and discover your authentic voice in this interactive workshop series. Personal, ageless, inclusive&mdash;the art of traditional storytelling is for everyone.&nbsp;</p>

<p>In this session we will be crafting our family folklore.&nbsp; Family stories directly impact how we see ourselves because they give us an idea of where we come from and where we're going.&nbsp; Like the pieces in a multi-colored, homemade quilt, our family stories are a combination of the cultures, histories, and traditions we've inherited. And just like an embracing quilt, our family stories bring us comfort.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Workshop participants are invited to share their stories at our Workshop Participants&rsquo; Showcase on Saturday, May 18, 2024.</p>
