Using the best ideas from Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, Eastern Twelve Step philosophy and other resources that support abstinence-based sober living, this group is open to all community members who need guidance in taking the first step. Working in partnership with the public library, these meetings are led by people in long-term recovery. The community is invited to listen, share, and learn strategies to find and maintain sobriety.
This month we are pleased to welcome Erin Frawley, LCSW. Erin will share strategies for mindfulness to reduce stress and interrupt cycles of reactivity. Refreshments provided.
