DESCRIPTION:<p>Dungeons and Dragons (D&D) may feature&nbsp;many-sided dice and ability scores, but it’s the storytelling that fuels the game. Young players create characters and work together to navigate fantasy adventures that inspire even the most reluctant reader. Gamers develop&nbsp;literacy and cooperation skills while connecting socially&nbsp;and emotionally.&nbsp;</p><p>Join us for the first session: A chance to create a character, go over the basics of the game and sign up for a monthly campaign. Grab a character sheet and start building the foundation for a lifelong love of reading. For ages 8–18.</p><p>Space limited. Reservations required:&nbsp;(415) 355-5660 (starting August 19).</p>
