En Prospera reconocemos la necesidad de crear economías nuevas, solidarias y humanas. Al mismo tiempo que a través de la cooperación y la colectividad plantamos semillas de una economía alternativa, también promovemos el aprendizaje de herramientas tradicionales como lo es el plan de negocios. Esta es la base del lanzamiento y crecimiento de tu negocio, sea este cooperativo o convencional.  

El curso Planea tu negocio te guía por cada etapa de planificación en tu negocio, te ayudará como ese mapa para estructurar, operar y hacer crecer tu negocio. Crearás tu plan de negocio, un documento casi esencial ya que te ayudará a presentar tu negocio a inversores y aceleradoras. En él estableces metas y expectativas a corto, mediano y largo plazo, así como las estrategias a seguir para llegar a ellas. 

En este curso aprenderemos: 

  • La mentalidad del emprendedor 

  • Visión, misión y valores de tu negocio 

  • Análisis de mercado: industria, clientes y competencia 

  • Definición de productos y servicios, propuesta de valor, estrategia de venta y precio 

  • Operaciones y actividades claves, plan de producción 

  • Entendimiento financiero, plan de metas financieras, punto de equilibrio, y opciones de acceso a capital 

  • Finanzas empresariales: ganancias y pérdidas, proyecciones, y opciones de acceso a capital 

  • Formalizando tu negocio y detalles de plan de negocios
