Stanley is an internationally acclaimed voice in wellness, who is highly sought after for her insights on 21st-century yoga and intersectional identity. Her first book, Every Body Yoga: Let Go of Fear, Get On The Mat, Love Your Body, has inspired audiences to discover the power of yoga and set forth on a path for personal development. She is well-versed on a variety of cultural issues including the modern Black experience, LGBTQIA+ representation and equality in the health industry amongst others. She is the co-founder of We Go High NC, a southern Cannabis Justice organization that works to increase cannabis access in prohibition states like hers, and highlights the natural connection between cannabis consumption  and prison abolition.

Caston-Miller, Director of Ashé Yoga and contributor to Yoga Journal is a historian, educator and social justice yogini. Caston-Miller embraces student agency and body diversity to build ashé, the West African concept of the energy that transforms through authentic asana and meditation practices. Dedicated to the building of compassion and community repair, she co-creates classes, events, workshops and retreats that restore, and trainings that empower people to share their gifts with the world.
