In honor of its 50th anniversary, World Arts West celebrates and documents the legacies of foundational Bay Area dance legends:

- Naomi Diouf (Diamano Coura West African Dance Company)
- Roy & PJ Hirabayashi (San Jose Taiko)
These esteemed elders will join us for an afternoon of discussion and memories moderated by World Arts West CEO, Dr. Anne Huang and Artistic Director of Los Lupenos de San José, Samuel Cortez.
About World Arts West
World Arts West is a San Francisco-based, non-profit organization that supports over 450 Bay Area dance companies that are sustaining and celebrating the world's cultural legacy. The work of the organization includes producing and presenting the nationally acclaimed San Francisco Ethnic Dance Festival each June.
