2:00 - 5:00
This hands-on art workshop is all about exploring your creativity through color, line, and form. Joy North from Craft Joy Studio will guide you through art prompts inspired by abstract art at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art (SFMOMA). The focus will be on enjoying the creative process and the tactile experience of making art, not on specific techniques or an end product. No experience is necessary, and all are welcome!
Joy North is the founder of Craft Joy Studio and leads workshops centered on creative play and accessible art-making. Her programs use simple materials and prompts to encourage exploration and reduce barriers, welcoming both beginners and experienced artists to focus on the creative process rather than the end product.
Space limited. Reservations required: (415) 355-5615 (starting July 3).
