Enjoy an afternoon yoga practice with Manisha. This is a gentle yoga class appropriate for most individuals, regardless of experience or fitness level. It includes breath work, warmups and poses which will improve your strength, flexibility and sense of well-being. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one.

About the presenter: Manisha is a certified Hatha Yoga instructor trained at Kripalu Yoga Center in Stockbridge, MA. She firmly believes yoga is for every body. Her mission as a teacher is to encourage individuals to trust their own experience and develop a personal practice.
