This class is perfect for both beginner and intermediate learners who want a better grasp of the medium or who simply have a love for all things cute and kawaii. In this class, Vica will walk you through different techniques that you can apply in creating your fruit illustrations, including learning how to blend colors, getting different effects and textures through layering paint, and adding details with colored pencil.
By the end of the class, you’ll learn how to paint different tropical fruits from the Philippines, arming you with the basics and the confidence to keep painting more projects with watercolor!
Artist Blurb:
Vica Lew is a Filipina illustrator and designer based in San Francisco who loves creating things for kids and kids at heart. She has experience working with clients like Hasbro and Nick Jr., and has a diverse portfolio spanning activity books, toy design, surface pattern design, and 2D illustrations for children's animation and games.
