This is the second of two guided meditations, each 25 minutes long. The previous session began at 4:30 p.m.
Jonathan Walther is a Bernal Heights resident on the Teacher Training Program at Kadampa Meditation Center San Francisco where he has been practicing Modern Buddhism for 17 years. Jonathan also guides the free meditation series Peace in the Park on select Saturday mornings in Precita Park.
This program recurs monthly on the third Thursday.
