SFPL Book Stop—San Francisco's First Book Kiosk
On February 18, 2023, San Francisco Public Library will unveil the new SFPL Book Stop, an automated book kiosk, at Island Cove Market. The kiosk will be available for use during market hours.
Need a library card? Treasure Island residents can sign up here and a card will be sent to your home.
The Kiosk is Easy to Use
- Scan your card.
- Type in your PIN.
- Open door.
- Take your books—they're automatically checked out when you close the door!
- Return to the SFPL Book Stop (ideal!) or any other Library location.
Bookmobile Service Also Available
Visit the bookmobile on Wednesdays, 2–6 PM at Avenue H & 11th Street.
