Taste a traditional Chinese pastry eaten during the Mid-Autumn Festival. Mooncakes are regarded as a delicacy and are offered between friends or during family gatherings while celebrating the festival. Folklores and stories about mooncakes will be shared. For ages 10–18. 

Weaving Stories: Asian American, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander Interest

Programs and workshops, book recommendations and more relating to the Asian American, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) heritage.

Weaving Stories is the Library's celebration of the many diverse histories and cultures from AANHPI communities.

Food

Discover new flavors, build cooking skills and try something tasty. For food programs, please be aware of food allergies.
