Discover the playful possibilities of collage in this hands-on creative workshop. Using images from discarded books and magazines, you’ll transform the ordinary into something unexpected through inspired combinations of color, shape, and imagery.
With paper and glue, we’ll create postcard-sized collages that can be displayed, gifted, or sent as “mail art.” Your work can be whimsical, experimental, or design-focused — the process of searching for and arranging images can be just as rewarding as the finished piece.
No artistic experience is necessary. All are welcome to come cut, tear, rearrange, and create. Materials will be provided, but you’re encouraged to bring any supplies you’d like to use or share, such as old magazines, colorful paper, or other collage materials.
Space limited; first come, first served.
