Fathers To Founders staff are available to support fathers, families and community members through outreach, case management and connections to healthcare, housing, employment, wellness and economic opportunity. FTF also provides Enhanced Care Management for eligible Anthem Blue Cross Medi-Cal members. Participants can also obtain information and learn about fatherhood and parenting skills.
Fathers To Founders is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering fathers, particularly from underserved and marginalized communities, to transform their lives and the lives of their families through intentional outreach, trauma-informed care and innovative program development.
