This workshop will cover common scams and fraud, the red flags, and simple tools to help stay safe. Presenters from The Institute on Aging and The Department of Disability and Aging will guide participants in how to recognize tactics used by scammers, ways to protect personal information and finances, and where to turn for help and reporting. By the end of the session, attendees will feel more prepared to safeguard themselves and their loved ones from financial abuse.
