Writer Kevin Simmonds presents an excerpt from “The Matter of Decency,” a multi-genre meditation on the 2013 SF Nudity Ban, commissioned by the San Francisco Arts Commission, and featuring Geri Montano, Oluwatobi Oyebade and Dario Slavazza. Film and live reading begin promptly at 6 p.m. Please note, this program will feature images of nudity. RSVP recommended.
Kevin Simmonds, originally from New Orleans, is a writer and musician whose most recent book is The Monster I am Today: Leontyne Price and a Life in Verse.
