Learn relaxed postures and gentle breathing exercises during this weekly drop-in class designed to promote better health and wellness. Please note this program happens outside, in the publicly accessible courtyard, when the library is closed to to the public. Please access the courtyard from the walkway next to the playground. Please note the program will be canceled if it rains.
